In Flight
by Barb Brown
I was taking a walk on the beach on Vancouver Island, just as the sun was coming up. An eagle dove into the water just in front of me, and one feather drifted down. I picked it up, the perfect sign of good luck! The colours in this triangular top-down shawl invoke that day, and the lace down the back makes me think of the wonder I felt as the eagle feather drifted down.
One skein of multicolored yarn and one skein of a semi-solid A great project for knitters who are new to lace knitting.
