The “In Giardino” shawl is knitted sideways, it has a crescent shape made with short rows. This shawl features easy lacy motifs.

My sample in the first photo has been knit with 744 yd - 680 m of fingering weight 100% Superwash Merino wool (436 yd – 400 m on 3.53 oz – 100 g) and needles size 3.5 mm - US size 4.
