The Yarn
The Blue Butterfly and Mother’s Garden hand-painted colourways have been dyed exclusively for the In My Mother’s Garden shawlette kits by Raveller faeriepaw. As with all hand-painted yarns, slight variation is colour will occur and not all monitors display true colours.

A crescent-shaped shawlette featuring a delicate combination of lace leaf motifs and mock cables.

This top-down crescent shawlette is knit flat on a circular needle and begins with a provisionally cast on tab at the centre-back neck. Increases are worked on every row, just inside the two outer borders (extensions of the initial tab) and provide the beautiful shaping. The bottom edging is knit on sideways.
