In St. Olaf is a pattern inspired by Rose from the Golden Girls. The design is made up star stitches that when stacked on top of each other look like columns of rose buds. I have 4 columns to represent each of the fabulous ladies who make up the Golden Girls: Rose, Blanche, Sophia, and Dorothy. This pattern is dedicated to my cousin Stacie who introduced me to the classic television show.
