Inca Child Cap
Brightly-colored hat features border of dancing boys and girls, inspired by a colorful hat from Peru. Earflaps are worked separately, back and forth in rows. For the start of the cap brim, stitches are picked up along the upper edges of the earflaps and also cast-on between the earflaps for the back and front of the head, then joined for working in rounds to the top.
