I started this cardigan/coat three days before
I went to 2022 Barcelona Knits Festival.
It started as a simple cardigan worked
bottom-up with twisted cable stitches. Little
did I know that visiting some of the works of
art in architecture of Antoni Gaudí, in
Barcelona, would change the cardigan. None
can stay indifferent looking at the mix of
colors, texture and forms. I was enchanted by
them and it influenced the final look of this
cardigan.
“Incantato” is, the Latin word for Enchanted,
all that is subject to a spell, fixated on wonder
or something that is a work of magic. So
basically it´s magical or comes from magic.
Inspired in Gaudí work, this cardigan has
texture and colorwork that is worked bottom
up, seamlessly. An enticing project that will
keep your mind and hands occupied with
challenging details that won´t let you get
bored.

Comecei este cardigã/casaco três dias antes
Fui ao Barcelona Knits Festival 2022.
Começou como um simples casaco construiído de baixo para cima com malhas torcidas. Mal eu sabia que visitando algumas das obras de
arte na arquitetura de Antoni Gaudí, em
Barcelona, ​​mudaria o cardigan. Ninguém
pode ficar indiferente olhando para a mistura de
cores, texturas e formas. Fiquei encantada e isso influenciou o visual final deste
casaco.

ou algo que seja uma obra de magia. Basicamente, é mágico ou vem da magia.
Inspirado na obra de Gaudí, este cardigan tem
textura e cor, trabalhado de baixo para cima sem costuras. Um projeto aliciante que vai
manter-vos mente e mãos ocupadas com
detalhes desafiadores que não vão deixar você chegar
entediado.
