This is the pattern for Incy Wincy Spider blanket. The pattern is both written and shown on a graph / chart. I have also added a graph for Itsy Bitsy as it was brought to my attention that it was called Itsy Butsy Spider also.

The pattern uses chain, double crochet uk (single crochet US) and bobble stitch. As the only difference is the dc / sc I have listed as UK and US terms. It is a simple one piece pattern and suitable for beginners through to experienced crocheters.

I have used a 7mm hook and chunky yarn James C Brett Top Value chunky as it is really lovely and squishy. The finished blanket is 36 inches x 49 inches, if you would like a smaller blanket you could use double knit yarn and a size 4mm hook.
