The Indian Flower Cushion is the second part of a collection of three Indian Flower patterns. This wonderful square design can be used as a square to create a blanket form or turn it into a cushion cover like the pattern suggest.

The Indian Flower Cushion pattern is designed on the many Lotus Flower images and symbols you find in India’s holy places. Often these marks can be found in temples or other sacred places.

Some general information about the pattern:

• The pattern is made with a combination of Scheepjes Stonewashed and Riverwashed. The pattern holds instructions on the amounts needed for one square - or a cushion cover. For a cushion cover, you need:

• 2 balls of Scheepjes Stonewashed 801 Moonstone

• 1 ball of Scheepjes Riverwashed 955 Po

• 1 ball of Scheepjes Riverwashed 942 Steenbras

• 1 ball of Scheepjes Riverwashed 956 Avon

• 1 ball of Scheepjes Riverwashed 954 Congo

• 1 ball of Scheepjes Riverwashed 949 Yarra

• 3 balls of Scheepjes Stonewashed 832 Enstatite

In total, you might need 1000-1500 meters of yarn depending if you would make a single square or the entire cushion cover.

• the pattern is crocheted with a 4.0mm hook size.

• to make a cushion cover, a cushion of 45 x 45 cm is required.

• the pattern holds clear instructions on how to work the pattern. There are written instructions, guided by many photos as you need them while crocheting. As you work a lot in the overlay technique, I have no charts or videos available.
