Infinity Cowl
This is a convertible neck cowl and ear-warmer which can be worn in a couple of different ways!
It’s an infinity design, which means it’s got one twist in it and there’s no beginning or end. It also means it subtly stops swamping you, you can put the twist under your chin and it’ll stay put :)
This design is made with pretty much one stitch, which I’ve created a tutorial for within the pattern document. The stitch is a kind of rib pattern which stretches to cover your head and ears as a semi-hood and ear-warmer. It’s a very satisfying make and because it’s one stitch all the way round it’s a good project for someone who’s fairly new to crochet!
I’ve made it in black because it’s a present for a fellow stage manager over winter in her cold theatre (we need to wear black backstage!) and she tells me it’s perfect for the walk back home too!
