Infinity Scarf
You’ll have time to make one for everyone on your list. This infinity/ Mobius style scarf is crocheted using super bulky yarn so you can make one in a few hours. It is thick and warm whether worn long or wrapped around twice for a cowl. The plain or striped version are both equally attractive. Just two balls are needed to make this 50 inch circumference by 6 inch wide (plain version) or 50 inch by 5 1/2 in (striped version) (127 X15 cm, 127 X 14 cm) using Cozy Wool or Wool Ease.
This infinity scarf is crocheted with a permanent twist. This gives it superior draping qualities. It is crocheted in the round so it is completely seamless. You actually start the scarf from the center. The top half of the scarf has front facing stitches and the bottom half has back facing stitches. The striped version has reverse single crochet edging to finish it off.
This scarf is suitable for men or women. Since it is not overly long, it is also suitable for teens or children. Try one in team or school colors.
