Influx Socks

Because I sometimes like to be matchy-matchy and I had some leftover yarn from my Christmas Influx sweater, I decided to make a sock version so I could wear a perfect Christmas ensemble! The Influx socks are knitted top down, with a slightly modified heel and a festive colorwork pattern!

Needles and notions

• Circular needles: 2.5 mm/US 1.5 and 2.75 mm/US 2 for the colorwork section
• Tapestry needle
• 3 stitch markers

Yarn

Fingering weight yarn, 1 main color and 4 contrasting colors (or only 2 if you prefer)
Main Color (MC): 85 g of Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Merino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Le Harpon

• Contrasting Color 1 (CC1): 10 g of Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Merino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Green
• Contrasting Color 2 (CC2): 5 g of Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Merino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Pink
• Contrasting Color 3 (CC3): 5 g of Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Merino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Blue
• Contrasting Color 4 (CC4): 5 g of Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Merino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Purple

You can use any fingering weight yarn that you like!

Bas Influx

Étant donné que je suis un peu quétaine et qu’il me restait de la laine de mon chandail Christmas Influx, j’ai décidé d’en faire une version de bas pour pouvoir porter un ensemble parfait à Noël! Les bas Influx sont tricotés du haut vers le bas, avec un talon double légèrement modifié et un motif de jacquard festif!

Aiguilles et matériel

• Aiguilles circulaires : 2,5 mm/US 1,5 et 2,75 mm/US 2 pour le jacquard
• Aiguille à laine
• 3 marqueurs de mailles

Fils utilisés

Laine grosseur fingering/laine à bas; 1 couleur principale et 4 couleurs contrastantes (ou seulement 2)

• Couleur principale (MC): 85 g de Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Mérino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Le Harpon
• Couleur contrastante 1 (CC1): 10 g de Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Mérino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Vert
• Couleur contrastante 2 (CC2): 5 g de Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Mérino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Rose
• Couleur contrastante 3 (CC3): 5 g de Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Mérino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Bleu
• Couleur contrastante 4 (CC4): 5 g de Laines Péché Mignon, 80% Mérino/ 20% Nylon, 113 g/ 384 m – Mauve
