A rather unusual cable technique creates the stunning mandala centre of this eye-catching shawlette. Iniat can be styled with a pin, or the ends can be knotted to keep the shawlette neatly in place and to showcase the gorgeous centre. It is an arresting addition to any wardrobe.

The pattern includes clear instructions for the cable techniques (including working two-colour cables), as well as increasing and decreasing, working in the round, Kitchener stitch and I-cord bind-off.

If replacing the yarn, choose a yarn with good stitch definition and two colours with a sufficient contrast. Avoid variegated yarns, solid colours are a good choice for this pattern.

Das Mandala in der Mitte dieses kleinen Tuches besteht aus zweifarbigen Zöpfen.

Die Anleitung führt sicher durch die ungewöhnlichen Zopfmustermanöver und erklärt auch alle anderen verwendeten Techniken, sodass das Stricken viel leichter ist, als man vermuten würde.

Gestylt wird Iniat mit einer Tuchnadel. Alternativ können auch die beiden Tuchspitzen verknotet werden.
