This is written in light bulky weight only, for adults.

If you tend to knit more tightly, go down a size to US 10 (6mm) for the body.
If you tend to knit more loosely, use size US 10.5 (6.5mm) for the body.

You will need two colors of yarn, about 70 yards each.
