Knitting gauge of 10 stitches and 10 rows is for a 3.5cm by 3cm rectangle.

Pattern uses Japanese size 5 knitting needles (3.6mm) and Japanese size 4/0 (2.5mm) crochet hook.

46.5cm of 18mm-wide single-faced ribbon
36cm of 9mm-wide single-faced satin ribbon
46.5cm galloon lace
6cm of 15mm-wide grosgrain ribbon
Double-sided tape
Invisible adhesive
Base headband

Finished pieces should be:
Upper Ribbon - 25cm by 3.5cm (10 stitches)
Lower Ribbon - 17.5cm (56 rows) by 3.5cm (10 stitches)
Center - 6cm (10 rows) by 3.5cm (10 stitches)
