I went looking for a pattern to make a quick and easy scarf for a new jacket with an open neck. I found close, but not quite what I wanted. This may already exist out there (I’m sure it does somewhere, it’s so easy) but below is what I pieced to get her for the world’s easiest and quickest scarf

This is completely customizable. Want it wider? Cast one more stitches in groups of 4. Want it longer? Keep going, don’t stop until it’s long enough! (I have read that the idea scarf is at least as tall as the person who will be wearing it)

If you don’t have this yarn or merely have a favourite yarn that you’d rather us, then USE IT!

Use the suggested needle size that comes with your yarn and cast on, following the instructions, until it is wide enough for you.

Seriously, I could only make this simpler if I came you your house and knit it for you :)
