Inside Out - a cardigan or two
by Irene Birk
Inside Out is a reversible cardigan with two different looks, each lovely in it’s own way.
If you wear it one way the cardigan appears as stockinette stitch with a garter ridge dividing the stripes. Turned the other way it appears as stripes in reversed stockinette.
Inside Out is knit in one piece. The yarn is only broken under the arm, where Kitchener’s stitch is used for grafting. The yoke is knit from the top down, where the rest is knit sideways.
You will need:
100 (100) 100 (100) 100 (150) 150 gram of the main colour and 50 (50) 50 (50) 100 (100) 100 gram of each stripe colour.
Difficulty: Intermediate
