The “Inside Outside Reversible Hooded Cowl” is easy and quick to work up. No special stitches. It is thick, soft and warm for those frosty winter days ahead. The great thing about it is that it’s reversible and looks awesome either way…inside or outside I hope that you enjoy making this hooded cowl as much as I enjoyed designing it.
