This cowl was inspired by the architecture at Insole Court. Together with my friend Zoë, I am organising knitting retreats in this gorgeous venue in Llandaff, near Cardiff. In the design of this cowl you can find elements of the windows, gables and balconies of Insole Court house. It is a very simple knit, in the round and only using knit and purl stitches and so would be suitable for all knitters from beginner level up.

It is in one size (adult) and requires less than 100g of DK yarn.
