Institute Hat
The Institute Hat is a celebration of line and color. The line work of ancient Persian pottery at the University of Chicago’s Oriental Institute inspired the geometric motif. The hat is worked from the bottom up, beginning with a brim in 1x1 rib. Following the color work chart, central double decreases create a simple and attractive crown. Two gauge options provide a wide range of sizes.
