I can not add the central stitch pattern of this belt, for it is taken from a Burda-review.
Hopefully the instructions will be helpful anyway.

For those who are interested in it: If I do not mistake I started with 15 chain stitches and made a dc-similar first row with 12 stitches = 3 cm with my hook nr. 2,5.
Sorry for everybody, but I did not have the intention to put the pattern over here and after a bit of time I do not remember every detail.
