Interface
This rectangle on the bias wrap allows you to play with color and the endless possibilities for a fade.
We are stepping it up a notch by using the power of stitch patterns where one yarn interfaces with its neighbor. Texture and lace join together to create a seamless fade from one color to the next. No awkward stripes where you transition between colors here!
Instructions in the pattern allow you to easily adjust the width and/or length of the finished wrap, with helpful yardage estimates for these changes so you don’t have to lose at yarn chicken.
This pattern uses both garter and simple lace patterns. The lace patterns are written AND charted, for your convenience.
Yarn requirements:
MC and CC3 (the colors on each end of the wrap): 325 yards (297 m) of fingering-weight yarn each
CC1 and CC2 (the colors in the middle of the wrap): 310 yards (283 m) of fingering-weight yarn each
