This is a beginner interlocking filet crochet pattern. The headband is reversible and the size can be adjusted to fit from toddler to adult. The stitch style used is interlocking filet crochet, which is also called lfc, ldfc, interdimensional, interlocking, and interweave crochet.

Note: In this Pattern the arrows are there to alert you to which two rows form your “pattern” row. They are not directional arrows, as you will work this pattern in the round (circle). You do not turn your work, you are always looking at the front of the pattern.

If you would like to show your projects you have made from this pattern they can be posted on Ravelry or you can post them to my groups I host: Interlocking Filet Crochet - International at https://www.facebook.com/groups/579827845756331/ Or RNB Crochet Designs at https://www.facebook.com/groups/132596461211733/

Definition of Interlocking Crochet: Interlocking Crochet is a method of crocheting and interlocking two layers of filet crochet-style mesh sheets in such a way that the two layers are woven together to create a single, reversible fabric. Depending on the stitch used, it can create the same pattern on the front and back or two completely separate designs on the front and back.
