The ChevronIII Shawl pattern is in interlocking filet crochet. The pattern is for an experienced beginner. This pattern is very easy to do but stitch count and positioning are very important to the design in this pattern, so accuracy is needed. I have used Lion Brand Mandala and Lion Brand Pound of Love, for the softness of the yarn and the easy “wash and wear” feature these yarns give to clothing.

I have suggested a 4mm hook,but depending on your tension you may need to increase or decrease the size.

This pattern is for a 68”L X 14” W Shawl, but the pattern width and length are adjustable so the shawl can be increased or decreased in width and length. The Chevron III Shawl is also reversible, giving you a choice of how to wear it.
