The Zag Beanie pattern is done with the interlocking double filet crochet technique. This pattern is for an experienced beginner. Some experience in increasing stitches in a row is required.

Note: In this Pattern the arrows are there to alert you to which two rows form your “pattern” row. They are not directional arrows. You DO NOT turn your work and work from the back, you are always looking at the front of the pattern.

The Zag Beanie is pattern is designed so you can increase the circumference and length to allow you to adjust the pattern from toddler to adult size.
