Interstice Beanie
Sitting in a hotel in Burlington Vermont, I was inspired to make a new pattern. I was itching to use the yarn I had gotten the day prior at a local yarn shop; a beautiful skein of dusty purple speckled with pink spots and streaks of dark plum. I played around with so many stitches but ultimately fell in love with this. The Interstice beanie is so thick and warm; it almost feels double-lined. The tiny pits produce beautiful shadows when worn which is how it got its name. Interstice means an intervening of tiny spaces.
