Interwoven With Love is an entrelac baby blanket in which the rectangles are comprised of various different stitch patterns.

I wanted to make a baby blanket that combined one of my favorite techniques…entrelac… while also incorporating many of the patterns I love… lace, eyelet, cables, bobbles, mesh and double seed stitch…and I couldn’t resist adding charts for the characters A, B, C and 1, 2, 3.

This pattern will take you step by step through the entrelac technique and give you detailed instructions on each stitch pattern for both right leaning and left leaning entrelac rectangles.

The border triangles are done in seed stitch which frames the blanket with a distinctive texture. Finally, an applied i-cord is added as a finishing touch.
