Spruce up the cool-weather section of your wardrobe with the Into the Archives Sweater! The details don’t stop with this one, including an adorable split cowl neckline, button accents, and stunning ribbing on the hem and cuffs. It is a versatile garment that can easily be dressed up for the office or a date night, or worn more casually with a cozy-but-cute errands outfit. This is an easy difficulty level pattern, designed for the adventurous beginner crocheter, and is a top-down, circle yoke garment. The Into the Archives Sweater is designed with 1-4” of positive ease at the bust for a moderate, comfortable fit.
The pattern is:
▴ an adventurous beginner pattern with plenty of photo tutorials for the more challenging techniques within the pattern, such as short row shaping
▴ written in US terms
▴ requires the following materials: 4.5 mm hook (or hook to meet gauge), scissors, darning needle, stitch markers, 3 buttons (approx 1” diameter), sewing needle and thread (as needed for buttons), and weight 3 (DK) yarn (yardage below)
▴ Weight 3 (DK) yarn, in yards, by size XS (S, M, L, XL) (2X, 3X, 4X, 5) - 1225 (1345, 1475, 1625, 1790) (1975, 2200, 2420, 2665) yards
