Amp up the cuteness with this adorable peplum tank, perfect for the office, a date night, or layering in the shoulder seasons. Just like her sister, the Into the Archives Sweater, the tank features an adorable split cowl neckline and button accents, adding on a waistline detail and tapered shoulder cuffs. This is an intermediate difficulty level pattern, though certainly not out of range for a brave adventurous beginner crocheter. The Into the Archives Tank has a panel construction with minimal seaming throughout and is designed with 0-2” of positive ease at the bust and waist for a fitted upper half and increased ease throughout the peplum in the lower half.
The pattern is:
▴ an intermediate pattern with plenty of photo tutorials for the more challenging techniques within the pattern
▴ written in US terms
▴ requires the following materials: 3.25 mm hook (or hook to meet gauge), scissors, darning needle, stitch markers, 5 buttons (approx 1” diameter), sewing needle and thread (as needed for buttons), and weight 1 (fingering) yarn (yardage below)
▴ Weight 1 yarn (fingering), in yards, by size XS (S, M, L, XL) (2X, 3X, 4X, 5X): 900 (1120, 1260, 1390, 1550) (1710, 1890, 2100, 2320)
