What better time for heading into the woods than autumn, when the air is crisp and cool and the leaves turn from lush greens to magnificent reds, oranges, and yellows. Inspired by walks in the woods, the Into the Woods Beanie features an openwork motif that resembles the leaves and twisting branches of a forest canopy.

The beanie is worked in the round, bottom up, on circular needles. The pattern for the openwork is both written and charted.
