Wrap up in a warm, plush cowl that wraps around your shoulders while you sit by the campfire waiting for the coffee to finish percolating. The smell of the cold mixing with the smell of the smoke from the fire as you step away to enjoy the view from your spot on the mountain side, while the warmth from the fire never leaves you because you’re bundled up in your Into The Woods Cowl.

If you’re a fan of cottagecore or mori fashion, this cowl may be a perfect winter staple for you. It’s a loose fitting garment meant to keep your body heat (or the heat stolen from your campfire) close to your body, keeping you warm no matter the outside temperature. It’s a meditative knit that can be a reliable travel friend. Knit it in the fall as you watch the dew turn to frost flowers before your eyes, knowing you’ll be ready for the coming months.

Pictured is a size large on a size small human, as I prefer oversized everything for myself. Knit in Madelinetosh’s Farm Twist base and Venti Mocha Dragon colorway. The size large will take most of three skeins of this base, sizes small and medium will require at least two skeins depending on your gauge. (Yes, these pictures were taken in the summer, yes I almost died from how warm this cowl is!)
