Two 1.75 oz skeins of Patons Grace completes a pair of socks. The pattern is simple: increases are made in the increases of the previous round so there’s less counting; fit is more important than stitch or row count. As in sewing, where the fabric is forgiving and can be stretched or gathered as necessary, I wanted this pattern to be simple and relaxing – without the rigid counting and marking (which has frustrated my sock designs more times than I can count)!
