About:
The Inveran Shawl is named after the Inveran Mine located in Spiddal, County Galway, Ireland. When it came to naming a heavily textured shawl, I knew that I needed to name it after this mine that boasts malachite, quartz and many other minerals.

The Inveran Shawl is filled with so much texture and has stockinette and garter rest rows built in between each band of texture, to allow you some time to just sink into the knitting in your hands.

Written in one size—with a modification to make it larger or smaller—this shawl has so many possibilities for wearing and styling.

This textured triangle-shaped shawl—with both written and charted directions—is easy enough for a confident beginner knitter but interesting enough for an advanced one.
