0 months – 3 months: 9.5 inches wide (double number for circumference) and 9.5 inches long

3 months – 6 months: 9.5 inches wide (double number for circumference) and 10 inches long

6 months – 12 months: 10 inches wide (double number for circumference) and 10.5 inches long
