Investment Vest
The Investment Vest knitting pattern is a great project for an advanced beginner knitter. It is knitted on regular needles with basic stitches and minimal shaping. It contains supporting videos with knitting techniques used in this pattern.
The Investment Vest is a classic slipover and it is perfect for layering or for wearing alone. Featuring a simple and true to size look, it will never be out of trend. It could be knitted both from cotton or wool yarn. You will want to wear it in the chilly weather year over year.
The vest is worked from bottom upwards in two separate pieces: front and back. Then the parts are sewn together along the sides using mattress stitch. The shoulder seams are sewn with shoulder seam. Armholes and neckline are framed with 1x1 ribbing.
