The Invocation Mittens are worked cuff up, in the round using your preferred cast on. Some of my testers suggested German Twisted Cast On for a stretchier cleaner cast on. This design features various techniques, including Kitchener stitch, adding a peasant thumb or “afterthought thumb” as well as the lacework.

These mittens can be knit with or without mohair with achieving a nearly similar gauge. The choice is up to you! This design continues to have a special place in my heart, I truly hope that you enjoy it as much as I do and I cannot wait to see your finished projects!
