This item is a CROCHET PATTERN for a bag. It is NOT a FINISHED bag. It is a digital document that you purchase to download. The document consists of detailed written crochet INSTRUCTIONS and numerous how-to photos that together explain how to crochet the bag. This pattern is available in English only. This pattern contain stitch charts / stitch diagrams.

Technique: Crochet

• Size 3 mm crochet hook

• Paper Yarn (You can use any type of yarn you’d like, but The Iris Bag works best when you use a paper yarn) If you don’t have paper yarn and you want to get it, you can search on etsy with“paperyarn” tag. There are many shops on etsy selling paper yarn.

• You can use the colors combination which you want (There are endless color possibilities with this pattern!)

Tension is NOT necessary for this project to be perfect – same type of yarn and hook throughout the project is recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to crochet a bag the same size and view as mine please use paper yarn and 3 mm crochet hook. Don’t stress – the size will just differ if different types are used .

Note: Different yarn has different weight and texture, so please take note that your project may turn out differently if you are using other yarn other than the one suggested above.

Note: You can use narrower or thicker yarn. However, your bag may be larger or smaller than the yarn you use.

Size: Approx. 36 cm x 30 cm (Width x Length)

Note: These instructions use US crochet terms and show the right-handed method. If you crochet left-handed, flip the starting loop formation, then use left-handed movements working clockwise for the rest of the tutorial.

What you will crochet: An assortment of granny squares and pieces in various stitches to create a fun bag.

Gauge: Meeting gauge isn’t critical to the success of this project.
