I’m so excited for this top and I hope you love it.

This top has 7 sizes and will read like S (M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL).
This top is easily customizable from the length of the body, to the sleeve length, the hem length, and the front and back panels.

Written for Bust sizes:
S: 32-34
M: 36-38
L:40-42
XL: 44-46
2XL: 48-50
3XL: 52-54
4XL: 56-58

There will be 0-2 inches of positive ease depending on your bust size.
It is worked the bottom up and in the round making this fun to make.
The only seaming is along the top and the bottom of the sleeves.
This top has very little seaming!

I used 24/7 cotton from Lion Brand. It’s a light worsted so you can use a dk yarn if you would like! A lot of my testers used a dk yarn to have a lighter top and a lot of them used the 24/7 cotton. Each skein of 24/7 cotton has 186 yards.

Yards:
S -1046 (5 skeins)
M - 1,102 (6 skeins)
L -1,192 (6 skeins)
XL -1,273 (6 skeins)
2XL -1,384 (7 skeins)
3XL -1,465 (7 skeins)
4XL -1,586 (8 skeins)

Gauge:
Using the 4.5 mm hook, 15 DC STS by 8 Rows = 4 in by 4 in square

Materials:
Lion Brand 24/7 cotton or another light worsted or DK weight
4.5 mm hook or hook size needed to obtain gauge
5.0 mm hook or 1 hook size up from obtained gauge
Scissors
Yarn Needle
Measuring Tape

Notes:
The top is worked in the round but turned after each round. This ensures the beginning of each round will stay lined up. The FPTR is worked in the post of the DC below and will be worked opposite of where you worked the last one. Watch the Ripple Stitch tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dryBOcznxXI
We will then branch off for the front and back panel with neckline shaping. This is when the Iris Stitch will start. The only seaming this top will have is along the top of the front and back panel and the sleeves.
