When I started this project it was supposed to b a top.
But along the way I decided that it may be a nice skirt. Even then I was not sure.
When the skirt was done, I suddenly saw it as a dress and started making the top, but I did not like how it looked. I changed it 3 times and I do not have any regrets over it. I like the final product. I also added a taffeta underneath skirt to the dress to make it puffier

Intermediate. Stitches used include ch, slip st, sc, hdc, dc, and tr.

Each pattern include very detailed instructions with numerous illustrations. General instructions such as abbreviations are also included. This pattern is size 3T, but can be easily adjusted to any size. Pattern contains a table with the measurements for other sizes.
