This pattern is available as a free Ravelry download

These should fit calves up to 15” circumference and over a pair of jeans. They are easily modified to fit larger or smaller legs.

Gauge is determined with the US 7 circular needle, the US 9 is for binding off only.

These boot cuffs are worked two-at-a-time. This pattern assumes you are familiar with casting on two open tubes.

I use a modified version of Melissa’s cast on, but please use the one you’re most comfortable with.

One skein of yarn divided into two equal balls is sufficient for two pair (or more if making ankle toppers). I used two skeins for simplicity since I planned on making multiple pairs for gifts.
