Irish Rose LoveBomb Heart
Requires minimal amounts of 5 colors of yarn. Three should be varying shades of one color, another color for the heart, and another for the edging. It can be worked in any type of yarn, just make sure all five are the same weight. Use the hook appropriate for the yarn you choose.
Gauge is unimportant. The finished size will vary depending on the thickness of the yarn and size of the hook. Examples- Caron Simply Soft with F hook, finished size= approx. 5 ½ inches tall; Red Heart Super Saver with H hook= approx. 7 inches tall.
Pattern is written in U.S. crochet terms.
My testers all got stuck on round 11. Make sure that you do not put the first dc in the same stitch you came up from with the starting chain. At the end of the row, it will appear as though you have one remaining stitch. This is from the way the row 10 slst comes together. Skip this last stitch, and slst as indicated.
