My fiancee named this, quite without my knowledge. The program I use to create my charts was still open when he got on the laptop. He asked me if I wanted him to save my work, and I said yes. He asked me what I wanted to name it, and I said it was up to him. He named it Iron Butterfly, and it stuck.

I envision these as fingerless gloves, or reversed as a detail on the back of a sweater or shawl. (I positioned the wings in such a way that if you were to use the chart on a pair of fingerless gloves, the wings would line up when you fan out your hands, palms facing inwards. If that makes any sense.) The wings are not entirely perfect, but I hope you can overlook that =^.^=.

All permissions given, though I’d appreciate it if you would credit me for the chart, since it is something that was slaved over by me.
Moonlit Blessings.

Edit Wednesday, March 16, 2011:
Starting today, I will begin donating proceeds from this and all my other pattern to Doctors without Borders.
I will be donating approximately half,(if not more, depending on how much I can earn) by mail, of my weekly sales. Please consider buying to help me make a difference to those affected by the earthquakes in both Cristchurch and Japan. Thank you!
