Isle of Sunshine Mini Cowl is a free design that matches the Isle of Sunshine Hat.

Symbolism
Isle of Sunshine series symbolizes the radiance of happiness and boundless possibilities fostered by the power of positivity and optimism, something joyfully experienced during walks along Lido Beach in Sarasota, Florida.

Highlights
The Mini Cowl offers flexibility as a gender neutral knit that can be made in a variety of colors and yarn weights as a snug fit is not required. The cowl is worked in the round, using Isle of Sunshine Hat elements to be a complimentary knitwear accessory. The sizing is easily adjusted by increasing the number of chart repeats.
