The Isometry hat is a unisex design that features an addicting and intuitive colorwork pattern with a simple 8-stitch repeat that is suitable even for colorwork beginners.

This pattern was originally uploaded as a fundraiser pattern (see below). It is no longer available on Ravelry, but can be downloaded from my Payhip store for free with a suggested donation.

November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, and I have created the Isometry hat as a fundraising pattern to support this cause. Four dollars of every pattern purchase will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN), with the remaining dollar covering fees. For more information about PanCAN and their mission, visit their website.

Sizing
This hat comes in three sizes: Adult Small, (Medium, and Large).
Finished hat body circumference: 17.5 (20.5, 23.25) inches / 44.5 (52, 59) cm
Finished hat depth (from brim to crown, with brim folded in half): 8.5 (9.25, 10) inches / 21.5 (23.5, 25.5) cm
Select a size that has approximately 1-2” of negative ease. Note that the colorwork section of this hat doesn’t stretch as much as stockinette or a textured stitch, so when in doubt, size up!!

Both samples are an Adult Medium shown on a 22.5” head circumference.

CC: 70 (84, 98) yds / 25 (30, 35) g worsted-weight yarn.
Note: If you want to make a pom-pom for your hat, it will require approximately 56-70 yds (20 - 25g) additional yarn!

Brooklyn Tweed Shelter (100% Targhee/Columbia; 140 yds per 50g skein)
