For this book cover you will have to hold two strands for fingering weight yarn together through out.

The cover is worked in one piece with two fold lines. After binding off you´ll have to sew four little seams.

The gauge is for the light blocked garment!

“It´s adjustable” is very easy to knit. So, if you are a beginner, don´t be shy and just go ahead!

A short note about the length…
The pattern gives you a length to knit for bigger books. Which means books with at least over 400 pages. If you prefer thinner ones, just wrap your cover around one of the books and “adjust” it! :-)

You can´t only adjust the length that will go around your book on the outside. But also the length of garment you will fold to the inside. My sample has 3 cm of folded in garment. But I can imagine it being up to 10 cm long. Again, you can “adjust” it!
