The pattern is written in U.S. terms. Using a 3.5mm hook will be approx. 14cm high & 14cm wide. Flag size 9.5cm high & 15cm wide. Tower size 14cm high & 4cm wide
I use stylecraft special double knit for most of my applique patterns but any double knit yarn is suitable. Gauge is not important
It looks great on a bag or wall hanging .
