THIS PATTERN IS PART OF THE CORONATION KNITS EBOOK COLLECTION AND IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE SEPARATELY.
THE BOOK IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN PRINT FORMAT FROM MY WEBSITE.
PLEASE NOTE: YARN IS USED DOUBLE THROUGHOUT AND IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE DESIGN.
This pretty child’s coat is knitted in pieces then sewn together. The centre front’s are faced with contrast fabric and the reverse side of the collar is also decorated with contrast fabric. As a finishing touch button moulds are also covered in the same contrast fabric. A video tutorial on these knit/sew techniques will be available to view this summer.
