This is the 8th pattern for the 2013 hats for kids project. A fun hat featuring a big eyeball at the crown. Imagine a room full of kids wearing hats with various color eyeballs!

This hat measures 16” around the band, and a size suitable for a child in the 1st or 2nd grade. The hat is stretchable, and can easily be adjusted to a larger size by casting on addition stitches in multiples of 8.
