I've Seen That Face Before
Inspired by an ad for a handbag where the model had impossibly perfect hair, an impossibly perfect a-line skirt, and fabulous shoes. Sometimes that’s all it takes. I liked the length of the sleeves and the turtleneck - not quite the length you’d expect in either. Mostly, I wanted to capture the effortlessness of the scene’s impossible perfection - a tall order, I’ll grant you.

Yarn
Viola Merino Fingering (100% superwash wool merino, 400yds/365m per 100g skein)
3 (3, 4, 4, 4, 4, 5) skeins
Or the fingering-weight yarn of your choosing 900 (1020, 1100, 1220, 1360, 1540, 1750)yds / 820 (930,1000, 1110, 1240, 1400, 1600)m

Needles and Notions
Two 24” size 2.5/3mm circular needles or size needed to get gauge.
Five stitch markers, four in one color, and one in a second color for BOR (beginning of round) marker.
Darning needle for weaving in ends.
Stitch holders or waste yarn.
Gauge
28 stitches and 40 rows = 4”/10cm square in stockinette stitch.
