Ivelisse Ruana
I like to think of a ruana as a wearable blanket. This one is worked in Tunisian crochet, and I’ve included some texture in the form of bobbles and small stars to add interest. The soft colour palette I’ve chosen is in a wool blend aran yarn. The ruana is made in three pieces, which are then joined at the shoulder seam. Each panel has a honeycomb stitch border to prevent curling. I’ve used some of the leftover yarn to make a matching cowl. Pattern is written in English and uses UK terms.
