DESCRIPTION
This elegant shawl features a beautiful combination of intricate cable patterns and openwork stitches, creating a textured yet
lightweight design. The tassels add a playful touch to the ends, making it both cozy and stylish. Perfect for layering during cool weather, this shawl is an eye-catching accessory that will
elevate any outfit.
FINISHED SIZE
Shawl measures 280 cm in length and 40 cm in width (excluding tassels)
GAUGE
32 sts x 25 rows = one center cable repeat of 48sts by 24rows
measures 13x10cm with 4.5mm before blocking
YARN
MC1: 1200m ‘Spinni’ by Isager; (100% wool single ply 600m per 100g) colorway 6s
MC2: 1200m ‘Milano’ by Lamana; (90% wool,10% cashmere, 180m per 25g) colorway 57M marble
Throughout this project, both yarns are held together to maintain a light yet voluminous texture. If substituting yarn, ensure it’s lightweight but still bulky enough to keep the shawl cozy. Avoid heavy yarns, as they may feel constricting rather than comfortable.
